About Me

Hey everyone! I’m Chris, your friendly personal trainer and the founder of Northline Training.

I offer both online and in-person coaching designed to meet people where they’re at…. whether you’re completely new to fitness, getting back on track, or looking to take your training to the next level. I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost two decades, and throughout that time I’ve always focused on creating an approach that’s structured, educational, supportive, and actually enjoyable.

I truly believe fitness should be challenging, rewarding, and fun all at the same time. Yes, it is possible believe it or not!

My goal as a coach isn’t just to help you lose weight or build muscle — it’s to help you feel more confident, energized, and capable in your everyday life. I want my clients to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing, not just blindly follow a workout plan. Education and accountability are a huge part of my coaching style because long-term success comes from building habits and understanding your body, not relying on quick fixes.

My passion for fitness actually started from personal experiences growing up around family members dealing with health issues and illnesses. I saw firsthand how much someone’s health can impact every aspect of their life. I also noticed how many people became discouraged trying to improve their health because they didn’t have someone they felt comfortable talking to, asking questions to, or trusting throughout the process.

That’s what pushed me toward becoming a trainer.

I wanted to become the person I felt a lot of people were missing — someone who could guide them, support them, educate them, and keep them motivated without judgment. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work for multiple well-known fitness companies and help clients from all walks of life. While I’m grateful for those experiences, I always felt limited in how much I could truly help people within the traditional gym setting.

That’s ultimately why I created Northline Training.

I wanted to build something that allowed me to fully support people no matter where they live or where they’re starting from. Whether you’re across the country needing online coaching and accountability, or local and looking for in-person training, my goals for you are the same: create a realistic game plan, help you stay consistent, and make your goals feel achievable.

I specialize in helping busy men and women lose body fat, build strength, improve energy, and rebuild confidence without extreme diets or unrealistic programs that take over your entire life. I believe fitness should improve your lifestyle — not hinder it.

When you work with me, expect a coach who’s going to support you, challenge you, educate you, and hold you accountable every step of the way. I’ll celebrate your wins, help you through setbacks, and probably give you a little bit of tough love when needed to.

And yes… if you’re okay with some minor bullying to keep you accountable and push you toward your goals, we’ll probably get along just fine.

At the end of the day, I genuinely care about helping people become healthier, stronger, and more confident versions of themselves — and I’m grateful for every person who trusts me to be part of their journey.
